Scheduling Policy

Our goal is to make your visit as pleasant and efficient as possible. We provide convenient scheduling and easy access to our endodontists through our six-office network.

To schedule an appointment or to discuss your endodontic needs, please call our office and one of our experienced schedule coordinators will select an appointment best suited for your particular needs. Business Hours: Monday – Friday from 8 am until 5 pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm (Brookline only Monday – Friday from 8 am until 5 pm) After-Hours: 24/7 answering service is available. In case of dental emergency, operators are instructed to follow an “urgent call” protocol and will put you in touch with a doctor as soon as possible. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize waiting times. Due to the fact that our practice provides surgical and emergency services, various circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Insurance Policy

We make every effort to provide you with the finest Endodontic care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

Please provide our office with your insurance information so that we can expedite reimbursement. As a courtesy, our staff will contact your insurance company to find out what your benefits are. We will estimate your portion at the time of service and request that you pay your estimated portion. We will bill your insurance company for the procedure. If there is a balance after your insurance processes and pays the claim, you will receive a statement for the balance due. If you have paid more than expected, you will receive a refund check from our office.

Financial Policy

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
