Ana Vendrell, DMD

Dr. Ana Vendrell earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, where she majored in Biology and International Relations. She gained valuable research experience at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine before returning to her hometown of Puerto Rico to pursue her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine.

Following dental school, Dr. Vendrell completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program through NYU Langone Health at Whittier Street Health Center. She then practiced as a general dentist in the Greater Boston area, delivering comprehensive, multidisciplinary oral health care to a diverse patient population, including individuals with special needs.

Driven by her passion for endodontics, Dr. Vendrell advanced her expertise by completing a specialty training program in Endodontics at NYU Langone Health’s satellite location at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Vendrell enjoys traveling, spending time with her cavapoo, and reading.
